Initiate Your Request
Log into your Erodus account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Drop Off or Collection
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
